Those giant crystals of gypsum (CaSO4) probably grew to their massive size really slowly in a bath of hot water and dissolved minerals. Now that the water has been pumped out by industrial miners, scientists are free to explore…with the help of some ice-cooled orange jumpsuits: The caves average a termperature of 118 F, and 90 % humidity.

Matt Star is known for his many productions on labels such as Cocoon Rec. or International Freakshow. His track offers us a sense of hius sensitivity and is a beautifully constructed minimal track which has already been playlisted by the likes of Laurent Garnier, 2000 and One and many others. This track provides us with the foundation color of this release.
As for Tom Clark, his remix of the track is one of finesse and elegance. Known as the boss of Highgrade Records and a fully repented producer, Tom as has more than one trick up his sleeve when it comes to offering a dancefloor version of any track . This one is for all you minimal lovers out there.
For the first time on Fantastic Friends Recordings, we welcome Alejandro Vivanco, who we have become used to hearing on labels such as Cadenza and most recently on Session Deluxe. This Chilean producer tackles percussion and arrangements like the finest producers out there and serves us this amazing tribal remix, which makes for an authentic and welcoming dancefloor killer.
Mendo incredible remix of the the track will have you straight on your feet. Having already remixed Green Tea on our latest EP, a remix which was highly acclaimed by DJ’s around the world, Mendo produces a shuddering tech house slam dunk of a track, with a punchy and pumping disco bass line, made to send you only one place: the dancefloor.
Finally and to finish with beauty, Darkmaze, a Parisian duo made up of Phil Dark and Gwen Maze. Their housy remix is made for groove lovers. The reworked voice, affected by a beautiful reverb, keeps us suspended to this charismatic track that will seduce more than one of you.

If we’re going to keep putting roads in the middle of their habitats, animals are sometimes going to need to cross the road. But it’s better for everyone involved if they don’t have to push a button and wait for the light to change, because they don’t have thumbs and nine times out of 10 they’ll just careen into the side of your car. Which is why some highways have overpasses built specifically for animals like deer, elk, and grizzly bears.
Nobody teaches moose pedestrian etiquette like “look both ways,” but they figure out pretty quickly that crossing the terrifying asphalt river is safer if you take the beautiful grassy bridge. That’s just my guess at a moose’s internal life, but there’s data too: In Banff National Park in Canada, animals have used the six overpasses and 35 underpasses more than 200,000 times since monitoring began in 1996…
